My go-to Simple Syrup recipe to make everything from standard simple to infused syrups.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Water

Equipment

  • 1 Heat Resistant Glass Bottle
  • 1 Kettle
  • 1 Scale optional
  • 1 Funnel optional

Method
 

  1. Add sugar to glass bottle
  2. Slowly add the boiling water to the glass bottle — using a gooseneck kettle will help with this!
  3. Seal the bottle and gently shake for 5-10 seconds
  4. Let cool, shaking occassionaly as needed
